Well the scepticism is based upon these two facts

1) facebook internally lists us as "a major threat" (you can't even post imgsrc.ru text alone) and

2) the NCMEC gives access to this programme to only a few chosen and not us

If there is a 1) then we should be included in 2)

And if there is a 2) then we should not be included in 1)

My point is that by now, 1+2 looks more like money laundering program and not some real effort which would include "a major threat" like us.
